Our latest news Urgent Corona Virus Update COVID-19 Hello RTA Family,... We are reaching out to you to express our commitment to assisting you to obtain and maintain good mental health, while our country is in crisis (with the COVID-19 Pandemic). Our practice, like most businesses, is increasingly becoming affected by the uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and ReConnect Therapeutic Associates, LLC is doing what we can to adapt to this quickly changing situation. We have increased the frequency and rigor of how we clean and sanitize our offices and are making more sanitation products easily available for our clients and staff. At this time, the office will remain open during our regular hours, so feel free to contact Coach J to schedule appointments (or use our online scheduling appt), to address, questions, if you need administrative assistance, updates, or general information. We are monitoring the situation and will follow the direction of healthcare authorities. Check our Facebook site and the website for up to date information. While we prefer to see you in person, we understand but there are several reasons you may need to use one of our alternative ways to receive our services. During this time, we want to respond to our clients in whatever method works best for them. Presently, the HIPPA approved methods are Duo (Google app), Video Call or Voice call. Each provider will have individual instruction and links for whichever method you choose. You can contact them directly or through the office phone (678-540-4408). Another alternative is to use the phone, but we feel strongly that the online option is a much better way to go, if possible. For an electronic session, you will need: A secure internet connection and a computer, tablet, or smart phone with a camera. A private place to meet with no interruptions. Headset, earphones, air pods, etc. with a microphone. Ensure no other applications (or devices on your network) are using up bandwidth (downloading, streaming media, etc.) Plug in a network cable instead of Wi-fi.
