Winter tasks while anticipating the upcoming planting season. Saving seeds from heirloom Seminole Pumpkins that will be planted this Summer and sold at Market Days in Newnan, Georgia. Seminole Pumpkins are indigenous to the Southeastern United States, they store for long periods of time and resistant to insects in the garden. Cut the top off, remove the seeds and pulp, drop in butter and brown sugar, stick it in the oven. Delicious! #redtophill #farmer_veteran
