If you have a question and she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll find a way to figure out the answer. She is often three steps ahead of everyone else and she is always willing to offer a solution. I’ve even witnessed her solution being her physical self driving to job sites to be sure the team has everything necessary to complete their job successfully and in a timely manner.
