Well, this resolves all the questions folks had about whether they must continue their court-ordered parenting plan during Covid-19 shelter in place directives. As I have been telling folks, yes you should. Always follow court orders. It would be hard to explain to a Judge that you can drive to the grocery store but can’t drive to exchange your children for parenting time. And now the Governor says so too.
