A Unique Grace ~ Christine Caine But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you (2 Corinthians 12:9, ESV). I want to encourage you today that there’s a unique grace for your race.... God has wired you to do exactly what He has called you to do. And when you go forward in the strength He has given you, you’re going to be amazed at what you will achieve for God. Don’t compare yourself to others. Don’t compete against the people God has placed around you. We’re in this together. We’re better together. And as you go forward, walking out the specific calling God has given you, you’re going to experience every good thing He has for you

God Wants His Children Well And Joyful~ Pastor Joseph Prince John 14:9 9Jesus said to him, He who has seen Me has seen the Father... Imagine the following scenario: A father tells his little girl, Come here, girl. Mummy says that you have been playing by the roadside. Is that true? Yes, Daddy. I am sorry. Sorry? How many times have I told you not to play near the road? Come here! Lie down on the road and stretch out your legs! Daddy drives his car over his little girl’s legs. You can hear the sound of bones being crushed and the poor girl screaming in pain! Now, darling, you know that Daddy loves you. And Daddy did that to teach you a lesson, that playing by the roadside is dangerous. You are probably shaking your head in horror by now, wondering which sick father would do that. Yet, there are many Christians who believe that our heavenly Father does the same thing. They say that He gives people sicknesses, accidents, earthquakes and death to teach them lessons. But Jesus said, If you have seen Me, you have seen the Father. Jesus is the nature of God in action. Throughout the Gospels, we see Jesus or God going about healing the sick. If God wants some people sick, then there should be at least one incident in the Gospels where you see Jesus saying, Behold, your complexion is too lovely, receive leprosy, or Blindness is good for you. Remain blind. But no, never once! In fact, Jesus went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil. (Acts 10:38) That’s the heart of God. As a father, if your child is sick and in pain, your heart just wants him well. How much more your heavenly Father! My friend, God does not give your child a sickness to teach both of you some lesson or to glorify Himself. To think so is to talk out of a warped mind bound by religion! And Christianity is not a religion. It is a loving relationship with your Father in heaven. Beloved, hear God speaking this to your heart today: I will never punish you for your sins because they have been punished in My Son’s body. I do not wish you ill. I will not take away your child or give you a car wreck to teach you some lesson. My heart always wants My children well and joyful! Thought For The Day If God wants some people sick, then there should be at least one incident in the Gospels where Jesus gave sickness to or refused to heal someone.

"Accountability is never to punish or discourage, but rather to call out the gold that we see in them!"

Holy Spirit Fruit~ Christine Caine But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law (Galatians 5:2223, NIV). How can we identify the areas of our lives that don’t produce Holy Spirit-inspired fruit? By examining our responses to the people and events in our lives.... For example, when we hear that a coworker has received another promotion, do we have the fruit of kindness, or do we talk about why someone else could do a better job? When we see a grim report on the news, do we freak out or respond with peace in our hearts, knowing that God will take care of us? The goal is to develop the kind of prosperous soul from which flow the qualities listed in Galatians 5. This fruit cannot be manufactured or externally generated; it results from soul transformation that comes from an authentic relationship with Jesus.

Don't Pacify -- Satisfy ~~ Christine Caine There are so many people in this world who are looking to quench an eternal thirst with natural means. It’s a struggle we all wrestle with. The issue is that if we try to satisfy what is eternal with what is worldly, we’re only ever going to pacify the issue. There won’t be fulfillment or satisfaction. But with God, not only do we find what we need, but we’re also invited to receive more than enough so we can carry all that He is to ...a hurting world around us. And the LORD will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail (Isaiah 58:11, ESV).

Don't see human relationships as an endgoal- view them as a gift. The end goal is Jesus. No human relationship (friend, husband, child, ect) can ever complete u. The day you think they complete you, they become an idol. Phil 1:6- Only Jesus completes us. ~ Christine Caine

Matthew 6:33 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. Prayer and fasting is about creating space for God, clearing a runway in our lives for God to land. When you want something new and exciting to happen in your life, then you have to create some space. An expectant mom goes to great lengths to create the perfect nursery space for her new little one. Think about that new thing that you want God to do in your life.... Think about that problem that is blocking your path that you need God to remove. As much as God wants to do something amazing in your life, He is a filler, not a forcer. Too often we spend so much time and energy trying to figure out and anticipate every scenario. We want God to do this; we want God to do that. But all the while God is saying, Just create a little space for Me, and I’ll come in and fill it. By seeking God and by following Him fully, you are creating space for God to move. As you fast and as you pray, you are making room for God to do what only He can do. He is a filler, not a forcer. Maybe you have tried to participate in this fast but have found yourself stumbling along the way. I want to encourage you to keep going. Don’t be discouraged by looking at the times you gave in to hunger or messed up. Be encouraged by this: when we draw near to God, He draws near to us.
