Another happy client! She came to me in chronic pain and never knew about the curvature of her spine. In today’s session, she was much more relaxed and joyful! And more importantly, she’s learning how SHE can heal her body by self care. ... Before & After (Session #1/Last Week) Third pic is from the beginning of today’s session!

Are those shoulders giving you pain or tight? Give these shoulder stretches a try! Please note: 1) Have a shoulder injury? Please call me to discuss and I’ll let you know which ones to do and/or how to modify.... 2) Stretch to the ‘feel’, take a deep belly breath and relax into it. Your body will slowly release the tension 3) NEVER bounce into a muscle. Example: Meaning in any of these stretches, you’re ‘holding’ the form, not pulsing or bouncing the stretch. Stay still and breathe. 4) Have pain? Don’t do it! 5) I don’t recommend #9. One could get easily injured unless they know what they are doing or have someone spotting them. Questions? Feel free to call me and I’ll walk you through these or any other pain related issue.
