I called around to several repair businesses and didn’t get a good feeling from any of them. They just wanted to know when to come out. ... I called Rattigan and the person I spoke to was great. Instead of just setting an appointment, he asked details about the TV. When he found out how old it was and that we had never had any service in all those years, he recommended that we check our lamp before going to the expense of having them diagnose the TV. Not only did he give me this advice, he explained how to check it myself! Rattigan was absolutely correct. They not only saved me a lot of time, but also the expense of the diagnosis. Rattigan went above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely call them next time I need a repair. See more
