Happy Equinox! The Equinox is a time of rebirth and new beginnings. During an Equinox, we are given the opportunity to connect with our Spirit, where we can rec...harge and prepare ourselves for the next phase of our journey. Taking a peaceful walk or spending time in nature, laughing a lot, meditating, and connecting with the things that feel meaningful to us will be highly beneficial at this time in helping us feel more balanced. The past few months have been a challenge for many, and now is the time to lighten things up, and enjoy the every day magic life has to offer us. We have the opportunity to take things a bit more easy on ourselves, and realign back with the natural flow of life.
