Quick note as I’m reading through the house bill currently being considered- there are a couple of programs for small businesses- the calculation for loan size in one of the big programs is 4 x the average total monthly payments by the applicant for payroll costs, costs related mortgage payments, rent (including under a lease agreement), and utilities incurred during the 1-year period before the date on which the loan is made (then exceptions for seasonal employers).
