500 SESSIONS CRUSHED ALERT That’s right!! We have another amazing lady to celebrate for CRUSHING 500 sessions!! Kim has been pushing and reaching her goals left and right over the past year! 2020 has been an interesting and hard year for most, but Kim has used it to focus on her health! ... Kim ZOOMED her way (quite literally) to 500 sessions by completing her workouts every day online via zoom! Even when out of town, she found a gym at her hotel or used resources in her room to make sure she never missed a workout!! She made it a goal to reach 500 by the end of the year, and SHE DID IT!! All of the two a days, sweat, and laughter (no tears because we have fun working out!! ) has paid off and she has joined the 500 club! Kim, we are so proud of you and so amazed at your drive, dedication and kindness to everyone in the bootcamp fam! Keep rocking it!

She’s had an amazing transformation and is a lean, mean weight lifting machine!! ... She is always the first to accept a challenge or take the more advanced move and give it her all!! Big shoutout to Jamie on her dedication to change her lifestyle during this crazy 2020 we are living in! Jamie started with us back in the beginning of March and then we had to shut down! But that didn’t stop her from keeping focused on her goals! She has been consistently zooming and working on her nutrition and it’s been paying off!! She’s looking and feeling amazing is down over 5% body fat in 6.5 months!!! Can’t stop won’t stop!!
