Thanks to one of our lifetime members, we have the opportunity to offer you a matching donation program for June! Peggy Campbell, the niece of Clara Ford, has made it possible for all donations in June, up to $1,500, to be matched dollar for dollar. This means if you donate $25, it will equal $50 to the society. Click this link to donate securely through PayPal. Any amount will be doubled up to $1,500. Donations are tax-deductible. Thank you to Mrs. Campbell and to you for your support! https://www.paypal.com/donate?hosted_button_id=JEVWX9J5GZAGC
A great time was had today at Cars and Coffee. Thank you to all that came out, our sponsors T-Mobile Richmond Hill Pharmacy, and JC Lewis Ford, and Earl's Do All Garage for your help. Prizes were awarded for Most Patriotic Car and Dressed. Congratulations to our winners.
Thank you to Reflections and to writer Victor Pisano for sharing some of our history in the Summer issue.

Have you seen our latest Artifact of the Month, brought to you by T-Mobile? It's all about a young girl who's abilities outweighed any disability. Read more here: http://www.richmondhillhistoricalsociety.com/
Wishing everyone a safe and healthy 2021. The Museum will be closed New Years Day, but will reopen on Saturday, January 2, 2021. Happy New Years!
Its not too late for year-end charitable giving. Please consider supporting the Richmond Hill Historical Society, or any other local charitable organization. (You can search for Tax exempt organizations on the IRS website to confirm that a charity is eligible for tax-deductible donations). The CARES act allows for a special $300 deduction designed for Americans who elect to take the standard deduction, this is an above-the-line tax deduction. Many local charities have been affected by COVID restrictions and this special deduction is a win-win for everyone. Donations to the Historical Society can be made via our website. https://www.savannahnow.com//savannah-investme/4025200001/
