Have you ever heard the saying, "you can't out train a bad diet"? It's the truth. Exercise is a necessary component for building muscle, increasing strength, and improving health. However! If losing fat is your goal or increasing muscle mass, your food intake has to match your goals. It will take a plan, discipline, and intentional eating. Does that mean you can never enjoy ice cream? Of course you can still enjoy ice cream! Just not several servings on a daily basis. Let your food fuel your goals and enjoy the flavors and any novelties along the way! Speak to your coach or a dietician to make a plan and move closer to your goals!

She has become SO STRONG and it's been awesome to see her progression of 300 sessions! She pushes herself to the MAX and although she may give us some funny looks from time to time when we tell her to do some crazy exercises, she continues to push through and always feels better at the end of it all! ... It was a special last day of the year!! 3 members hit their 200th session today! Val absolutely crushed the goal she made for this year when she joined us!! She works hard every single day but has the most fun! Mary completed 2 sessions this morning in order to finish this year strong with 200 sessions under her belt! May not be able to walk tomorrow but that hat makes it worth it!... Dianne is the silent hard worker! She always finds a way to step up her workout and get the most out of it! 500 SESSIONS CRUSHED ALERT That’s right!! We have another amazing lady to celebrate for CRUSHING 500 sessions!! Kim has been pushing and reaching her goals left and right over the past year! 2020 has been an interesting and hard year for most, but Kim has used it to focus on her health! ... Kim ZOOMED her way (quite literally) to 500 sessions by completing her workouts every day online via zoom! Even when out of town, she found a gym at her hotel or used resources in her room to make sure she never missed a workout!! She made it a goal to reach 500 by the end of the year, and SHE DID IT!! All of the two a days, sweat, and laughter (no tears because we have fun working out!! ) has paid off and she has joined the 500 club! Kim, we are so proud of you and so amazed at your drive, dedication and kindness to everyone in the bootcamp fam! Keep rocking it!

But that didn’t stop her from keeping focused on her goals! She has been consistently zooming and working on her nutrition and it’s been paying off!! She’s looking and feeling amazing is down over 5% body fat in 6.5 months!!! Can’t stop won’t stop!!
