Well, Hello 2022! Year in reflection, but not looking back! ...Indeed like many of you, 2021 showed up and showed out in so many different ways. I used most of 2021 to dive deep into me. I've missed you all and yet it was so necessary to take my own advice and be the #MVP of my life and health. I have loss so many loved ones this year in ways that have changed my life forever....I've endured scary moments of uncertainty with loved ones and myself...I have also gained so much... insight and perspective and for that I'm deeply grateful . What I've learned the most is that when you need grace, grant yourself permission to give it yourself.
