River Mist Plantation Neighborhood

Hey fellow neighbors! This is Kristi. I'm not sure how many have lived here long enough to know and remember Jan and Henry but I wanted to let those you knew her know that she and her daughter passed away. I'll post the arrangements and story in the comments so that you may send your condolences to the family if you wish.

Residents please be on the lookout for attempted car break ins. It was reported to me that a residents ring camera picked up an attempted car break in Sunday night/Monday morning. Other neighbors have checked their cameras from that night and there appear to be 3 suspects who were up to no good. There was also a car broken into in the pool parking lot. This is just a reminder to all residents to make sure your vehicle is locked and all valuables are taken inside with you. If you notice any suspicious activity please contact Jefferson Police Department immediately.

We have had several people ask what day our neighborhood will be trick or treating. We have always done trick or treating on October 31st no matter what day of the week it fell on. This year we will trick or treat on Wednesday October 31st. In the past kids have started going around between 6-6:30.

The pool is now closed for the season.

Lately there have been several cars and a trailer parked in the pool parking lot. Please know that this parking lot is to be used for pool guest only and is not a space for us as homeowners to use for extra/overnight parking.
