Good evening everyone, I was watching the news this evening and saw this poll. Just thought I would pass it along.

Good afternoon everyone, Some of you have already received an email from our secretary, here is an update for those who have not. We had a board meeting yesterday where we discussed Covid 19 and the new guidelines set forth by the Governor and GA Dept of Health. After much debate it has been determined that we do not see a way to implement a safe, healthy environment for our members this season based on those requirements.... It is with sincere regret that we will be unable to open the pool this season as planned. If you have already sent in your membership dues you will be contacted by the treasurer to review all available options. This has been a very difficult decision made by all involved and guarantee we are all just as disappointed as you are. We look forward to making the 2021 pool season the best yet!

Good evening everyone, In the spirit of being transparent, we made a post 9 days ago advising if we can't get to 80 members we may not be able to open the year. I am writing this to advise you that, as of today, we only have 36 paid members.... The board will have another meeting on Sunday to further discuss the status of this years swim season. I'm afraid if we don't have a really big push toward 80 in the next 7-10 days, we won't be opening this year. We will post again Sunday after our meeting

Good Evening Members, We wanted to pass along some information we feel is important for everyone to know. Even though we are opening late, our expenses will see very little change. With that being said, we need 80 families signed up to have enough money to run the pool this year. At the moment, we only have 33. ... If we don't have 80 families signed up by Sunday May 31st, there is a good chance we won't be able to open at all this year.

Dear Members, The RPRA Board met (virtual meeting) earlier tonight to discuss the opening of the pool this season. We are tentatively planning to open the pool on June 15th! ... We would like to ask everyone who has not paid their dues to do so as soon as possible, but by May 30th at the latest, so that we will be able to prepare for the opening. Remember, we now take PayPal payments, but you will need to add the $8.00 fee to your payment if you prefer to pay online. At this time we are unable to provide a date for the opening, but our plan is to open when it is safe to do so. If you have already paid for your membership, the treasurer is holding your check and will not cash it until we know when we can open. If you have not yet paid, we will waive all late fees this season, but we do encourage you to pay so that we will have enou...gh funds to be able to open the pool when cleared to do so. If we are unable to open this summer, your check will be returned or voided at your direction. The Board will reconvene at the end of April to reassess the situation. Please do your part and stay home!
