Hike Postponed! I know it's all but guaranteed not to rain now that we've made this decision. However, with the safety of our youth in mind we have decided to cancel the hike due to the possibility of thunderstorms. The mountain and the lake are two places that you don't want to be in a thunderstorm, and we love you guys too much to put you in that danger. Bring some dates with you tomorrow night, and we will plan the makeup.

FBC Youth will be headed out to Pine Mountain on August 2 to R.O.C. the Lake! The day will start with a hike across Pine Mountain that will end at the Cooper Branch day use area #2, which is located on Spur 20. Once we make it to the lake there will be lunch in one of the shelters, and plenty of time for swimming. For more information contact us at the numbers listed.
