We are so happy to see Mr. Jim Williams, a former Conyers Station agent (1964-1965), visit the Conyers Depot (current Conyers Welcome Center)!

While all of us are anxious for summer heat to end and fall temperatures to arrive, many of us are getting excited about this year’s Old Town Fall Festival. Be sure to come visit your local Historical Society’s booth as we plan to be serving up a traditional southern delicacy, hot, boiled peanuts! We also have a newly designed, beautiful tee shirt for sale featuring local historic landmarks and yellow daisies. Here’s a sneak peek!

We are delighted to see that the county is considering purchasing and thus preserving the former BB&T building on Main Street.
