Rome Gastroenterology offers a portal, FollowMyHealth (FMH), for patients to see their medical information and communicate with our medical professionals. After the launch of FMH, we discovered the interface between our medical intake forms, bubble forms, and the portal caused the patient to see information differing from the social history in the official medical record. This issue has been corrected by implementing new intake forms. If a patient used the previous forms, the patient can call our office and a staff member can manually alter the intake answers to match the new form. We want to assure our patients that the official medical record reflects the information given on official forms or in the office. Please feel free to call our office if you have any questions about the patient portal (FMH) or your official medical record.
