Rosier Restoration and Remodeling

Here is one of our projects we just wrapped up. It's a deck on the north side of a house that treated lumber simply didn't stand up to the constant moisture and inability to dry out. Adding composite decking with correct spacing between boards ( for proper draining) and composite railing and this home will have a maintenance free deck for years to come. Covid really delayed the delivery of the materials but I believe it was well worth the wait. Also with the price of lumber so high and the cost of composite dropping the price difference is not near as vast. Give us a call if you need solutions to your homes issues.
