A BIG "Thank you" to State Representatives Kathy Ashe of Atlanta, Roger Bruce of Atlanta, Jay Roberts of Ocilla, and Calvin Smyre of Columbus who, in 2012, sponsored House Resolution 642 honoring the late Royal Marshall of WSB. This ceremony took place on the eve of what would have been Royal's 45th birthday. His daughters will always see and be reminded of how special their dad was and know that he did have an impact on this community!

I learned today that Royal's first radio internship, which was under Ryan Cameron, was located on one of the corners of the Royal Marshall Memorial Intersection! (120 Ralph McGill).
