Our specialty is representing retail tenants looking for space to lease, pre-leasing new retail development, and site selecting land deals for future retail development. Geographical...ly we're really focused on Metro Atlanta, those secondary and tertiary markets in Georgia, however can service the entire Southeast. We're also available for retail consulting services including development and leasing, investor relations, and potential development deals on a limited scoop with credit tenants.
