Canvas Hair Company, formerly Salon Indigo, opened with four chairs in 2011 and has grown to 11 chairs, but we aren’t going to stop here. We have big plans! Most of you have met sweet Addie, Rebekah’s assistant in the salon. What you may not know is that she is a senior in highschool. And for her senior project she is focusing on addiction and mental illness. She has chosen a women’s recovery home in Augusta named Katherine’s Way. Katherine’s Way is a Christ Centered facility that helps women transform their lives through working the 12 steps, building morale, bible studies, mental counseling and lastly helping these women find ...jobs to support a healthy and happy future. As a fundraiser we will be collecting donations to take to Katherine’s Way. These women need cleaning supplies, hygiene products, drinks, coffee, grocery store gift cards, and non-perishable food items. We are honored to help these ladies in recovery by being a drop off center. Please help if you can! Reach out if you have any questions or want to find out other ways to help. Katherine’s Way is a wonderful facility giving opportunity and strength to women battling addictions and mental illness. Hope for a brighter and healthy future!
