Closed again tomorrow (Thursday), shooting for Friday opening at 8 am! Lots of hands have been at work in the Castle this week, and we are so thankful! We will keep y’all posted as we have information to share! Thank y’all for being amazing, supportive and understanding. We are blessed beyond measure

Unfortunately we won’t be opening today. We had a fire in our kitchen this morning, and will not be able to open. We will see you all Thursday morning at 8 am!

The ladies in charge are ready and waiting on you all! Don’t worry, it’s all gravy, baby!

We will be open Friday, Saturday, Sunday and MONDAY for regular business hours. Closed TUESDAY-WEDNESDAY. Because parking is limited, Sunday’s hours may vary, we will post any and all updates directly here! We will not be doing to go orders this weekend, including walk up orders. Don’t forget what it really is all about, Happy Independence Day weekend, home of the free because of the brave!!

*sigh* we don’t really care what the Sandcastle looks like, we’re just ready to be playing in the sand again! If anyone knows where the warm weather is, tell them to bring it to 117 Mallery Street, we’ll make the margaritas!

We are so blessed to be in this business, we get the opportunity to meet so many people and become part of so many stories. Near and far, from all around we get to hear your stories and get to know your families. We spend more time at Sandcastle than we do in our own homes. And while some days that is hard, it is also a blessing from God to be able to be part of so many people's traditions, vacations, hard times and good times. We get a community that far exceeds our four wal...ls, and this island. We lost a very special customer, and for that reason we had to do something very special to keep him with us! Thank you to this wonderful family for sharing your memories, your time, and your family with us. We have loved watching your family grow, and ALWAYS look forward to seeing them when they get the chance to head to the island. So, from here on out, it's Herbert's BLT. We will always miss that smile, and those hugs! Our prayers, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes are with you all right now!
