When I put out a call for a volunteer to help us with one of our 5 Trilith events. Kelsey Sellers waltzed right in like a rock star. A young lady, with a great eye, and one of those people you meet and it's like you have known her all of your life. She did a great job with the pictures and such a pleasure to work with. Check out her gallery. She is going places. https://www.facebook.com/kelseyruthphotography319/

There are many Hospitals doing great work to fight pediatric cancer. St. Jude is one of them. Here is a way to send a Valentine message to some kids that would love to hear from you.

Mark Turner and I met when I entered a beard contest back in October 2019. The proceeds went to benefit Bloom and Real Life Center. Mark and I fast became friends as we have a lot in common. When I asked for a volunteer photographer for one of our Trilith events, he was the first to throw his hat in the ring. Even after suffering the remaining effects of covid he snapped photos for 6 hours and no complaints. His ability with a camera and handling people especially the kids was evident. Give Mark a call when you need a professional. He even does drone photography. https://turnerphotodesign.com/

Thank you all who have prayed for us during our recovery from Covid. I return to work tomorrow and Dawn is still recovering. Mostly fatigue and headaches, but thankful our lungs have been protected so far. I had so much more I wanted to say about this year's fundraising as it came to a close. We were blessed with so many wonderful people helping this year. The USPO wasn't very helpful in getting donations to us in a timely fashion. We received another couple thousand dollar...s over the last week that was post marked as early as Dec. 22nd. The grand total is just astounding to me in this Covid year. We are humbled, grateful and encouraged by your generosity. From the bottom of our heart . THANK YOU. We will be working to get all the tax documents out the next couple weeks. We are tremendously behind, thank you for your patience. Slight change in the tote TY CS :) See more

Feeling a little better today. We appreciate all the texts, calls, and messages. We are confident that we were not contagious at any of our events. We were most likely in contact with someone who did not know they were contagious on the 27th. This is a relief as we were with our small family gathering on the 24th and 25th. We appreciate your continued prayers.

One of the things I missed this year was making the presentations to CHOA and UFHPTI in person. It is the icing on the cake for me and a way to let each of you know that your hard earned dollars that you so generously donated to help these children is going exactly where we say it is going. So this year at least I can post a copy of the cancelled checks. We are still overwhelmed and humbled by your tremendous generosity.

Many who are friends on my personal page already know. 2021 came in with a roar. Was diagnosed with Covid today. Wasn't feeling so good New Year's Eve. Stayed home out of caution for family and friends dinner plans. Felt worse as the night went on. I have run a mild fever at night. Aches and pains. No breathing issues. From everything I read I would have contacted it after my last event of the Christmas season. Praying my lovely wife doesn't come down with it. Thankful I was not contagious during any events.

I am overwhelmed with your kindness and all the nice comments you have posted here, all the calls and texts. Now, this is the way I see it. God had this all the way. I carry the bucket and almost all of you that have called and texted, and commented here are the ones that have filled that bucket. I am just overwhelmed with the generosity you have shown us. This isn't Dawn and myself, it is a community effort, and it is YOU that makes this work. My joy is seeing your kids and grandchildren, and I wish you could see them from my seat.
