Mobile hotspots allow you to access the Internet wherever you go. Thanks to partial funds from the Library Services and Technology Act through the Institute of Museum and Library Services, our patrons can check out a mobile hotspot for FREE with their library card! These hotspots check out for seven (7) days with no renewals. Patrons must be 18 years or older and sign a Statement of Responsibility before checking out the hotspot.

The Rome-Floyd County Friends of the Library is raffling a quilt. The quilt, which was made by the members of the Lavender Mountain Quilt Guild, will remain on display until the drawing on July 15. All money raised by the raffle will be donated to the Children's Department of the Rome-Floyd County Library. Raffle tickets will be $1.00 each; 6 for $5.00 or 12 for $10.00. To purchase tickets, please phone the Friends office at the library, 706-236-4600, or come by the library on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday from 10AM to 12PM.
