We have just received confirmation that the Dept of Homeland Security has listed Landscape services to their guidance document. This is important as many local ...orders reference this document in definition of "Essential Business". Also, we are getting confirmation from Gwinnett cities that they are all in compliance with Gwinnett, and landscape is included as Essential Business. Please look for document that Landscape companies can download and use on their company letterhead, to carry in vehicles, tomorrow. We will post here and on our website. Thank you, and take care. City of Decatur: has excluded landscape - they will not change position, will review in 7 days. Cobb County confirmation of Essential Business: "Service providers that maintain or ameliorate the exterior of facilities or grounds where there is social distancing and a limit of no more than 5 employees.Examples: grass cutting...tree cutting or pruning, landscaping, etc." City of Fayetteville: confirmation of Essential Business: "According to the ordinance, essential businesses and services as designated by Homeland Security, include but are not limited to food and grocery stores... outdoor farmers markets; hardware stores and plant nurseries...construction workers, landscapers, gardeners...and others who provide services to maintain the safety, sanitation and essential operation of properties and other essential activities." City of Savannah confirmation of Essential Business: "City Manager confirms after consultation with city attorney that all landscape/horticulture/turf related services are essential." City of Rome/Floyd County: confirmation of Essential Business. City of Stockbridge: Landscape services are not restricted from operating. City of Tifton: confirmation of Essential Business
