SILO - Sea Islands Local Outlet has their first Savannah market open for ordering, so check it out! SILO will be operating from the former Co-op building, and they are working with many of the same farms that we've worked with over the years - plus some exciting new additions! Reminder: You have until 8 p.m. tomorrow to get your order in for Thursday's pick up. We only have one order remaining after this week's, so stock up on all your favorite items! Here are some highlights from this week's order: Simply Home Grown - new items: Bowls, ideal for a quick lunch or diner, each bowl contains a protain, grain, veggies and sauce: Thai Chicken, Peruvian Steak and Sweet Potatoe, Southern BBQ and Hawaiian. ... Green Bridge Farm - new variety of lettuces, dill, chives, and not so baby carrots bunches. Savannah River Farm - awesome deal on their sausage links, buy one get one. Make sure to stock up on these. Perc Coffee - make sure to order some of their refreshing cold brew. Bethesda Farms - pastured eggs, basil, butterhead lettuce.. Kachina Farms - delicious arugula and lettuce mixes along with great fertilizer for garden season! Joseph Fields Farm - new spring and summer veggies, green and yellow zucchini, red potatoes, spring garlic and delicious juicy strawberries.
