Over the course of the last several years, I have had the distinct pleasure of serving an absolutely WONDERFUL Mother as she has gone through multiple trials and many unfortunate tribulations, and been able to stand at her side and at the ready to get over the next hurdle. Today was the culmination of all those years of work and while she may still have some battles to win - I feel confident that she is set up for success! I am so happy for her that she now gets to move on from the nastiness of litigation and just get to be a Mom and enjoy her children! Moments like this make what I do worthwhile! Congratulations!

Whose fault is it anyway? Did you know Georgia has 12 fault based grounds for divorce, plus the option for a no fault divorce? Some fault grounds serve to bar relief (like adultery bars alimony by the receiving spouse) and others just create an additional burden of proof!
