WOW. REAL ESTATE. Okay folks. Had real estate webinars this morning. Home prices going crazy in real estate in Atlanta area. An agent in my office had 38 offers on one home. Another had 70 offers and the house sold for $90,000 over list price. Open houses have people lined up with a 30-45 minute wait to get in. Inventory is still low. We need more homes on the market.
