Finally, a new cupcake! This is currently named the Chocolate Monster (suggestions welcome for a new name as long as it isn't Chocolate Heart Attack In A Cake): rich, semisweet cake, bittersweet ganache filling, milk chocolate glaze, and cocoa frosting. Still need to figure out a topper, and there are a few tweaks already decided for the next round, but this is pretty much it! :)

NEW CUPCAKE! Eggnog Cupcakes with nutmeg vanilla filling, cinnamon nutmeg whipped cream frosting, and vanilla straw cookie. The filling is about the same color as the cake so hard to see, but very nummy!

We've been pretty quiet over here, I know. It's been busy with job changes, a bit of vacation, and other things, which has made the finances a bit tight for playing about with cupcakes. We do have a new cookie we just finalized and we've been playing about with doughnuts, though nothing is ready to go. Next week, we're making a batch of Cinnamon S'More cupcakes for an event and will try to get a pic up!

SaxyK's newest cupcake: Snickerdoodle cake, cinnamon-vanilla filling, brown sugar cinnamon buttercream frosting, cookie topper. We will be making the cookie a little smaller so it doesn't take over the poor cupcake. ;)

Congrats to our employees celebrating their work anniversary in September! We had a great time celebrating and eating Mexican chocolate cupcakes filled with marshmallow.

Things have been quiet over here of late. Funds, time, and a few other things are getting in the way of cupcake development. :( We'll get back to it as soon as we can! Got lots of flavors we want to try!

The Mint-Scented LemonBerries need the mint toned down a little, but otherwise rocked it. Next time we'll have the garnish for them and post photos! :D

Newest cupcake: Spiced Turtle! Spiced chocolate cake, salted caramel filling, caramel frosting, a pecan under chocolate ganache, & spiced pecan topping. Next up for development: Mint-Scented Lemon (Blue)Berry!
