I agree with this take on entry level pricing being redefined. The numbers they throw out are national averages and may be a little low for the near/inside 285 market, but the trend is the same.

This is super interesting to me. Its basically a high-end dormitory system marketed towards young professionals. I would want nothing to do with the management of suite-mate disputes over common areas, but I am so curious to see if this takes off as an alternative to traditional and more expensive housing in urban centers.

Chamblee continues to be one of the most active investment/development markets along the NE 85 Corridor. Residential demand in the area continues to increase along side the quality of lifestyle and commute options available as well.

My wife and I lived about 4 blocks from this building in the mid/late 2000s and at least one of us was a frequent shopper of Scarlett Loves Retro. The area has changed so much, but progress at its best doesn't have to be destructive to existing business. Hope these neighborhood staples find a way to adapt together with the new owner for whatever plans are coming for the property.

I honestly don't know why I'm surprised by news alerts I get on my phone anymore but this one caught my eye. May the force be with him. The thing about affordable housing is that its most needed where the cost of the underlying land and location makes supporting income diversity an issue and its simultaneously where people need and want to live. Its not as simple as designing low-cost durable structures. Have to be able to put them close to work, school and transit as well.

The Beltline continues to drive investment and connectivity in the city interior. Exciting to watch and be a part of.
