Reminder Camping is only allowed in designated areas. You cannot park a camper in a pit spot. You are allowed to camp in your hauler or trailer but it must be fully contained within a single pit spot. Any campers that set-up anywhere other than designated areas will be forced to move. Inside camping of non-race haulers also requires a pass which is $150 for the weekend.

The 11th Annual Winter Freeze is set for January 28-30 and February 4-6, 2021 at Screven Motor Speedway in Sylvania, Georgia. This will be a program between 4 tracks. More info to come soon. We will not be head to head against 602 Allstars but we wanted to offer a little point fund for extra incentive for the racers. We are working on that as well. Hoosier is a partner and tire rule will be HTS 1350 / HTS 1600 or Spec 21 / Spec 55. Still putting together all the info. Some big news coming about Winter Freeze XI - STAY TUNED!

We ask that your keep the family of our FireFighter Tyler Flemons in your thoughts and prayers after he passed away today from injuries suffered in an ATV accident.

This coming weekend! Friday night, Oct 2nd at Savannah River Dragway - Small Fry Shootout plus TnT and Grudge Racing. Then on Saturday night, Oct 3rd we will be back on the red clay at Screven Motor Speedway for a night of dirt track racing in 602 Late Models, Street Stocks, Super Streets, Road Warriors and SCDRA FWDs. Grandstand admission is $10 each night for adults with children 12 and under free.

Next weekend be sure to stop by the Arizona Sport Shirts trailer in the concessions area to pick up a Georgia State Outlaw Championship event shirt or the all new Screven Motor Speedway shirt! Multiple colors and sizes available. I am sure they will also have some hoodies available as well.

We are still awaiting results of tire samples taken at the June Jam. This is an unusually long wait for them. They are normally ready within 5 to 6 days of an event. However a busy week of racing coupled with a holiday weekend and some equipment service has the lab a little behind. I will post results when I get them. Thanks for your patience.

Camping for the June Jam - we will allow you to camp inside the pit area if you so choose. You MUST camp in the designated area near the dragstrip with any camper, travel trailer or RV. The only exception is if you are actually camping in your racing trailer or the RV is towing your trailer. This will require a pit pass for each person in the RV. Otherwise you can still camp in the camping area adjacent to the track on Union Church Road. Camping is still free and there NO HOO...K-UPS of ANY KIND on the grounds. ATVs, UTVs, Golf carts, pit bikes and the like all require a pass. The pass is $20. If you purchased one at Winter Freeze it is good for the entire year. If not you must purchase one when you purchase your pit pass (race teams using for business purposes receive one free). Failure to do so can get you asked to leave with no questions asked. Please comply with our policy which is dictated by our insurance. Also there will be NO DRIVERS under 15 years of age allowed roaming around the grounds. If the SCSD stops someone and finds them under age the vehicle will be parked immediately. BE RESPONSIBLE. SLOW DOWN. We don't want to take away this privilege but we will if it does not improve with the new rules.
