Even if you can’t get away, remember to practice self-care. Try Emotional self- care, which is becoming more in tune with our emotions. It’s about checking in with yourself, becoming more mindful of your triggers and thinking patterns, and finding ways to work through them, rather than bottling them up inside. Emotional self-care helps you learn to have more compassion for yourself.

Beneath every behavior, there is a feeling. And beneath each feeling is a need.
