Dear Customers, We are currently accessing storm damages across our network. Currently, 70% of our network towers are without power, or suffered damages at this time. Although you may have power on your street, this does not guarantee our towers do. We will update as we have more information, but at this time, we are concentrating all resources available to restore towers. Due to the extent of damages, ETA could be several weeks. Regarding billing: We will prorate your servi...ce for the days you were without service due to our towers being down. You will not be charged for those days. Dear Customers, As you know, Hurricane Michael is heading our way and is expected to cause storm damages and power outages throughout our serving area. Our office will be closed Wednesday and Thursday due to these weather conditions. Our staff is following the storm closely. If an outage occurs and hasn't been restored within 24-48hrs, we ar...e requesting time to evaluate the damages so we can put together a plan to restore services as quickly as possible. Our crew will begin assessment as soon as it is safe. We realize that tomorrow is the billing due date. PLEASE do not try and come to the office to pay your bill. We will extend the due date this month due to the weather, and from the delay that is expected from the post office. You can always pay your bill online.
