I'm a very big believer in healthy hair. Bleach is NEVER used for hilites, ammonia free products leave the hair feeling like hair should feel. Ammonia free color is shiny, & healthy looking, & I love the ability to do a perm & color in the same appt. & not having to wait a minimum of 2 weeks with other products.
