Had a customer in Cumming want a quote to remove carpet & pine stair treads & replace with new Red Oak treads, stain, poly clear coat & hand rail refurbished with fresh stain & poly to match. The before pic is with the carpet runner, and others are during work of this transformation. Be mindful it's 4 FLIGHTS of steps in this home! Not a small job! We were able to beat the 2 previous estimate prices of $155 & $125 per step with a quote of $76..... almost half! Some would think the work quality wouldn't be the best for this pricing! Absolutely not! We just don't have to pay $45 per step for the treads! Paid $14 each! Pro accounts with distributors & surplus material businesses are a necessity to do budget accommodation for some customers, to make the job possible for them without jeopardizing quality of work!

our newest installation in cumming on Lake Lanier. The customer had 40 inch long wood plank porcelain tile that was rather Troublesome to get perfectly flat without using the levelling clips that they did not want to include in their installation. But due to the Quality that we ensure on our work we took our time and got this one as perfect as can be! Also another thing if you're doing work for a contractor and subcontracting a job to help out a fellow business owner and establish a work relationship there has to be a fine line between business and personal and also between good business and bad business. But whatever it takes to make all of these things happen correctly and provide the customer a positive experience and perfect installation we're willing to make this happen!
