Sims Fence Company 12.02.2021

Through careful consideration we have decided to completely shut down all operations until December 28th. Not only because our office staff has been affected by the COVID-19 virus, our team members deserve a well earned week off to spend Christmas with family and friends. This year has been an eventful and crazy year for all of us and we will get through it together. From all of us at Sims Fence, we wish you a very Merry Christmas.

Unfortunately we have been hit by the COVID-19 virus. As of today, we are suspending in person estimates, consulting services, and retail sales until December 28th. Please call, email, or message us on Facebook for any of your fence and gate needs and we will work through this together. As of today, only office staff have shown symptoms, none of our production or installation team members have had symptoms. We are working diligently to minimize any further spread of the virus. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and prayers in this time of uncertainty.

Here a perfect example of why you need a CERTIFIED Gate Operator installation company. Multiple UL325 safety issues and disregard for a quality installation. Customer stated he has had the original installer come back out 5-6 times and they couldn’t resolve the issues. So we stepped in and fixed it correctly. Issues found on our initial inspection: -Thermostat wire used as a slave arm cable, keypad wire, safety eye wire, radio receiver wire. -Thermostat wire was directly ...buried 2-3 -Safety eye was mounted too low -No safety devices in critical pinch points between gates and columns when gates are open. -No fall-over prevention -Remotes wouldn’t work more than 15-20’ away from gate. -Exit probe was wrapped in aluminum foil and then installed inside of 3 and pvc pipe. Remember to give us a call for all of your gate automation needs. 229-245-9697
