The price and time is for immediate family only. Once you make your payment on PayPal comment on this post that you paid. A time list will be posted in comment section in this post, where your name will be added once payment is received. If you are a photographer booking a time slot it is your responsibility to relay all this info to your client. Info: 2 displays will be available for your time of 20 min. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get checked in. If you arrive late you will forfeit some of your time booked. Pictures of sets are posted in this post, these were last years sets. They will be set very similar this year with some additions. Location directions will be added to the post closer to the date listed. Disclaimer: If it rains on one of dates you have booked. Customers will have a chance to move to the listed rainout date. Cancellation policy: to cancel you must let us know 24 hrs in advance. If you cancel after the 24 hr advance you will not receive a refund. No shows will also not receive a refund. Covid-19: We ask if you are showing signs of sickness: fever, cough and etc. to cancel your appointment. A refund will be issued for any cancellations due to sickness. Masks are recommended while you can’t social distance but not required due to this being an outdoor event. Photo sets will be sanitized in between sessions. Please allow a few minutes in between sessions for sanitation. We know many will be disappointed but unfortunately, we are sold out of trees & today was our last day of selling trees in 2020. On Sunday 12/6 we will be offering the following: Photography appointments must be booked on the homepage of our website or emailing [email protected]... We will be selling activity bracelets for $5 per person which includes visiting the farm animals, nature ninja and the farm playground. Get out and enjoy the fresh air! Feed cups are $1. The country store will be selling cider and cocoa. We still have some great gifts for under the tree or stocking stuffers. Please let us know if you have any questions. **updated 9:30am on Sat 12/5 Important information before coming to the farm: SOLD OUT OF FRASER FIRS... Approximately 100 cut your own trees available. Tallest trees available are 10', although not many of those left. Mostly in the 7-9' sizes. CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED HAND SAWS PROVIDED, chain saws not permitted Playground, Nature Ninja & Animals are included with the purchase of a tree. You will be given bracelets to access these areas after you purchase. If you do not purchase a tree, bracelets are $5 per person. 2 and under are free. WE ARE NOT OPEN FOR FREE PHOTOGRAPHY If you want to come to the farm to take photos, you must have a reservation. Please visit the homepage of our website. Our old trucks, wagon, and other sets are included in the reservation. Cut-Your-Own info: You will receive a saw at the entrance for cut your own. Park along tree lines, do not block roads for other customers. All trees available are priced with a tag. If you want a tree that is not tagged, PLEASE ASK first. Cut your tree low at the ground to assure plenty of room to place in tree stand. Bring your cut tree to the pavilion for assistance from our staff. We will net your tree, drill a hole in the tree for the stands that require it and tie your tree on at no cost. Payment will also be received at the pavilion at white stand. Trees available to cut this year are Leyland Cypress, Carolina sapphire and blue ice. We are sold out of Virginia Pines Wreaths: Fresh made wreaths are available after November 21st. They are $25-$45, special requests may cost more. Pre-orders are available. We will have treats to purchase like hot cider and hot cocoa. Jams, jellies, salsa. We only have peach cider left in larger sizes. Cookies and cookie kits are available to purchase. Photography Slots added to the website. Please go to the homepage of our website to book. Scroll down and click on Christmas tree photos.Available only through Dec 13th. $25 for 30 minutes. Anyone coming to the farm just to take photos needs to book one of these sessions. We've been getting a lot of requests for more photography availability so decided to try it. Usually we don't allow this after Thanksgiving. Please be mindful of the farm & your fellow photographers. Its fine if you use the old trucks, wagon & sleigh but do not take over a set for more than 5-10 minutes if someone is waiting. Also, you must check in & out with a member of Sleepy Hollow Staff at the entrance. If you require set up time, you need to book that time as well.
