Happy Memorial Day!! As always, all Active Duty and Veterans float for free today! Y’all come out and celebrate our country’s finest!

It’s a beautiful day on the river!! Y’all come on out and spend a little time in the sunshine! We’re also cooking up some food to curb the appetite when you get back! Smoked sausage dawgs, hot dawgs and BBQ sandwiches. Also snacks and sunscreen for the trip down. Come enjoy outside for a while!

It’s gonna be a HOT one!! So, TUBES!! The waters still got a little chill to it but it’ll probably feel good so we’ve opened up the TUBING!! (closest thing I could find...) The tubing is $10 ALL DAY tubing so pay once, go as many times as you’d like! We also have Cooler Tubes available that are $10 as well. Just no styrofoam and no glass, other than that pack it down!! Water level is looking great at the put-in! It will be a little quicker than usual today but a really fun float without much work! Come get some sun

2020 SEASON OPENS TOMORROW!! With that being said, things will be very different... we’ll be taking every precaution we can to keep all of our customers and staff happy and healthy. What that means is:... - One person from each group will come to the desk to sign in and pay - Pens are brand new and then will be sanitized after each use - Only one group will ride on a bus at a time - Bus seats will be sanitized - Drivers will have on face masks and gloves - Kayaks, paddles and life jackets will be sanitized and set out in the UV rays from the sun after each use All this helps to keep everyone safe but it will make our jobs a little harder and unfortunately the wait times will be longer. Please bear with us so we can continue to stay open and operate as usual as possible. There are some things that could help us out: - Try and bring exact change - Feel free to bring your own mask to wear on the bus, we’ll gladly provide a ziplock bag to keep it waterproof - Hand sanitizer is of course limited so please provide your own if possible - Come happy (and patient) and ready to have a good time on the water! We really appreciate yalls patience with our late opening and new procedures and truly can’t wait to be back open for another great season! With the weather so nice and the kids outta school, Guinness thought for sure that we’d be open! But we’re gonna follow suit and wait until we get a green light. We’ll use this time to clean up the river and make sure it’s ready for the wonderful day we get to see y’all again! Be Safe Slow Water Family! We y’all and can’t wait to getya on the water!!

The water level is LOW but the weather will be beautiful, so we WILL BE OPEN this weekend for the short tubing run and kayaking! Come see us for most likely the last time this year!

We appreciate all of your help keeping our part of the Broad River beautiful.
