To make room for our new partners, we are transforming the waiting room/warmup area into another training space. If anyone is interested in taking these chairs, please send us a message.

Parents and students, classes will restart today! At this time, we will hold weekday classes only, so there will be no classes on Saturday mornings. Please note that the waiting area is currently closed and we ask that parents wait in their cars during class time. We look forward to seeing everyone and getting back to training!

Hello SEJKD, we hope that everyone is well. We are working on creating some videos so that everyone can continue training at home during this time.

Fit2Fight combat circuit training coming in January...

Attention students and parents: Due to your feedback on attendance plans, there will be no classes held on Thursday, October 31st. We will resume regular classes on Saturday, November 2nd. Thank you.

Coming soon at Southeast Jeet Kune Do: weekday morning cardio kickboxing classes! If you have an interest in participating in these classes, please leave us some feedback for what times would work best for you. Thanks!
