Our hearts are heavy as we hear of the passing of Dr. Fred Mullins. He will be missed by many. Dr. Mullins has touched the lives of so many in our community, and Southstar is grateful to have worked with and learned from him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and colleagues.
