Seasons Greetings I am delighted to say that 2015 has been another year of growth and improvement in SPC. We would like to say a sincere thank you to all our customers for their business, our employees for their hard work and help in making SPC a better business, our suppliers for providing us with the materials and services we need and to our other business partners for supporting us and contributing to our success. During 2015 we have continued to make improvements to our ...processes to raise our quality standards still further and rationalised our workflows to make us more efficient and reduce our costs. We are investing in our IT infrastructure to improve the availability of information within our business and to allow us to share more information with our partners in the future. We have completed the move out of our first ever repair facility in Templecombe to our site in Wincanton, we have also moved our Head Office to a new site in the centre of Uxbridge. In the USA we have taken a lease on an adjacent property and significantly expanded our repair capacity as well as improving the workflow. In the coming year we expect to increase the footprint of our repair operations in India to meet increased demand. We are sure that 2016 will bring new challenges but are confident that SPC have never been in a better position to help our customers address their business needs. We wish you all the best for 2016.

SPC is taking additional space to cover its US expansion plans in the facility adjacent to its existing address in Aviation Parkway, Atlanta. The additional space will contain a new electronic workshop space with full ESD flooring and additional warehousing/goods receipt area complete with loading docks. Taking the space will allow SPC to take on additional business and restructure the flow of the goods from receipt to despatch in a more efficient manner.... Additional capacity is required to accomodate new business being won and the future expansion plans involving several new prospects. Latest developments include the implementation of a power supply repair program to support one of the world's largest IT brands. The US operation was training by technicians and engineers from the UK who already support many of these products in EMEA. The transition was very smooth and the client enjoyed complete continuity of product during the move from the incumbent repair provider.

SPC International Inc. are pleased to announce that Dave Shurden has joined the company as Quality Manager. Dave has 24 years’ experience and a background in systems management and process control. Most recently he worked in Atlanta where Dave developed ATM repair capability providing services to ATM companies throughout the USA. Previous business experience includes positions with Siemens Energy & Automation, Honeywell, Endress & Hauser Systems & Gauging and Yokogawa Corpor...ation of America. Dave has a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Mercer University, Atlanta and gained his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee. He also has certifications from Nautilus Hyosung and is a licensed engineer. Dave is married to his wife Danielle where they live in Smyrna, GA with their 12 year old son McCauley. Dave enjoys golf, baseball, camping with his family and an annual summer vacation usually outside of the US.
