SPC Career Resource Ministry

Thirteen years ago, when the Career Reource Ministry conceived of the STEMS Career Fair, there were very few schools or organizations focusing on exposing youth to STEM careers. Now, they are much more common. The Atlanta Science Festival and the STEM Wars events are well established so, I'm wondering how we can take our STEMS activity to the next level. Maybe a robotics club or...? Parents, educators. Weigh in and share your ideas!

I'm on my way to serve as a volunteer for the Atlanta Science Festival in Piedmont Park. It's a big event and there will probably be 100 STEM related exhibitors. The direct, Jordan Rose, came to our first 2 or 3 STEMS Career Fair events. I'd like to think that something he saw at STEMS inspired him to conceive the Atlanta Science Festival.
