The warm weather has been cooperating so beautifully for our Sessions on the Deck Call or text for a session this Saturday, 1 to 3 PM!

I’ve shared with some of you before that an interesting way to think of your brain is as an antenna, receiver or a radio tuner; NOT so much as a thinker. We all have lots of thoughts. Some thoughts we like and others, not so much. But we can learn to tune in to the frequency we like, more and more. If I like what’s happening at 98.6, I just need to learn how to set the dial to that radio frequency. By choosing what kind of thoughts we give our attention, we are choosing t...he type of thoughts we want to have more often. Whatever we focus on, expands. I’ve often had the experience of really tuning into higher thoughts, especially during an entertainment...and afterwards. Higher thoughts like, I am at peace. I am always taken care of. Everything is always working out for me. I can feel my Inner Guidance. I know who I am and how I serve. These are very happy, very comforting thoughts for me. While I consciously seek these awarenesses, I feel like they Originate from my Higher Self. During the latest entrainment I received, I felt like my body was following and aligning with my mind, by also tuning into those higher thoughts. Like there wasn’t a gap or an inner censor between the wonderful higher thoughts and LIVING and BEING them. Behaving as if those higher thoughts were true all the time! That was a new experience for me. I interpreted it as: Even after 25 years of receiving network care, I often have new, inspirational experiences. When I keep nurturing my highest goals and intentions, through NSA and other inspired practices, I keep making progress, no matter what. Our mind is not just located in our brain. When we have a solid intention, and stuck energy/resistance are cleared away, even our body comes into alignment with it. Experiences like this help me to see the bigger picture and the longer time frame, to have true peace, and to focus on what I really want instead of what’s actually happening, and ultimately help me keep picturing a world that I want to see. My hope is that it can be that way for you too. Keep the faith. A new day is dawning!

Regular NSA steadily unwinds the stress, both old and current. This allows your frontal cortex to function comparatively more than your primitive brain areas. That makes it easier to meditate and hold higher, more enlightened/empowered thoughts. We need as many empowered/enlightened thoughts as possible right now.
