For this week's hot and ready dinner, we will be serving our Joyce Farms buttermilk fried chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy, baked mac and cheese, honey drop biscuits and house-fermented hot sauce. Fine bubbles herald a fresh and fairly rich Champagne.
