One of the most important is that white people must commit to doing the work in community with each other without expecting Black and other people of color to support their efforts.

Excellent article that maps my own pre-COVID biases along with my delight around how seamlessly clients and I have been able to adjust to virtual therapy. Research had already established that virtual therapy is every bit as effective as in-person. Now my own anecdotal experience supports it as well. Hopefully articles like this will assuage concerns that might otherwise inhibit folks from reaching out for the help they need
