Lifting weights requires technique. Here are a few quick tips on how to lift weights safely: Lift an appropriate amount of weight and start with a weight you can lift comfortably. Learn to do each exercise correctly. You might be tempted to hold your breath, but don't! Breathe out as you lift the weight and breathe in when you lower the weight. In his free time, Caleb enjoys running, weightlifting, hiking and being outdoors with his wife, Diana, and their two dogs, Nala and Luna.
