POLICY ABOUT CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING LASH EXTENSIONS AND BROWS. I strive to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability and knowledge. All of my appointment confirmations are sent via text. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment your deposit will not be refundable*and a cancellation fee will be applied. A $25 holding deposit is required to hold appointments for instant Natali’s Eyelash Extensions and $80 for Microblading ...Services If you choose not to pay the holding deposit, I will not hold your appointment time or date. No-shows , try to reschedule the appointment for another day or time, will be cover with your $25 or $80 security deposit and will not be refundable if a change is made. Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay towards their visit when booking future appointments. All appointment cancellations must be made & confirmed via telephone. Appointment cancellations through text are welcome. LATE ARRIVALS I ask that my clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments. POLICY ABOUT INFANTS AND KIDS While I love children, I respectfully request NO CHILDREN under 12 while you are receiving my service. It is against health and safety obligations to have children unsupervised. REFILLS I do not perform refill services on work that was not made by Natali’s Eyelash Extensions NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set with me. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons or lash artist. Previous work for Microblading must be treated carefully, i do not perform on light tattoos, or previous work done by another artist, pigments have a long variety in colors, in order to achieve the best for my clients I do not do infills on Microblading. * Refill prices are based on a 40% requirement anything less then 20 lashes per eye is considered a "Full- Set" and will be charged according.
