It's #AmericanHeartMonth ! One way to start focusing on your heart health is reduce your sodium intake each day. This month, we'll share four tips that will help you meet that goal. Tip #3 While fresh food is your best option, buying processed food is necessary sometimes. When buying processed food, seek out low-sodium or no-salt-added products.
