Saturn, ruler of Capricorn, has turned direct and is moving forward! Saturn has been retrograde(appearance of moving backwards) since March 25, 2016. If you have had a deep understanding over the last week or so come to light, It's more than likely a lesson that Saturn has been trying to teach you. Saturn is the task master and disciplinarian. When Saturn is retrograde the effects really aren't felt on a shocking in your face level, but more of a quiet internal under the surf...ace learning. Once Saturn slows down or "stations" it's lessons are more apparent to us. I have Saturn in my first house/second house and this retrograde has taught me many lessons about taking care of my health and physicality, the people I truly I value in my life, and personal boundaries on what I can and can not do and the wisdom to know the difference. Earth is not really talked about very much when it comes to Astrology. It's quite fascinating to think about when we really dive into it. Earth is our perspective of the incoming frequencies of the planets in our Solar System. No one really discusses the energy that Earth itself gives off. The Earth is always found 180 degrees from the Sun. So, if the Sun is at 1 degree Leo, the Earth will be at 1 degree Aquarius. The Earth is what helps determines a persons "path" in life. W...hen we look at a Natal Chart, the Earth is at the center of the chart. From the moment you were born, Whatever sign that was rising in the Eastern sky is what Astrologers call your Ascendant Sign. The Ascendant is what will mark the eventual "path" of your life. It marks how the individual will likely express themselves in 12 areas of life. Those 12 areas of life are called houses, all 30 degrees each, totaling 360 degrees. They range anywhere from physical appearance, to personal values, communications, home, creativity, daily life, relationships, loss, spirituality, career, social life, and our dream world. If a planet is occupying a certain house, it can give blessings or lessons in that specific area of life.Yes, Husbands, Fathers, Wives, and Mothers, are all represented in a chart.
